For this reason, clients will be charged a $55 service fee for the missed appointment. Anyone who either forgets or decides to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a "No-Show." No-shows will be charged $55 for their missed appointment. If payment for a missed service is declined, we will deny future service until the full payment is received, Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly to be on time and give a proper 48-hour cancellation notice.
